Early in my career, I began working in a drug treatment program and discovered my passion for helping someone through their personal life transitions. I am proud to have continued this passion through my experience working with adolescents and adults in finding ways to address substance use disorders and relapse prevention.  I focused my training in the area of helping someone understand and overcome their addictions, turn their traumatic events into life learning sessions, and help clients love themselves again. 

 

I also assist individuals and families with depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting skills, navigation of foster care, family court matters, stress management, and issues involving child protective services. Through a safe and therapeutic environment, I have assisted clients by offering coaching, developing life skills, introducing coping skills, and engaging in behavioral management.

 

My experiences have provided me with an understanding of how trauma and abuse can alter a person's ability to find their true self. When we work together on this path, my reward is the smile on your face when you know deep down- you are in charge of your life. And no one can take that away from you again.
